1. Introduction

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Accounts and Registration
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it updated. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, for all activity under your account, and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Orders and Payment
- Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you'll pay.
- Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Stripe, Discover, Amazon and American Express. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
- Order refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for example, due to product unavailability, a pricing or listing error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, we'll notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx (domestic), and FedEx Freight, Old Dominion, XPO Logistics, or Estes Express for LTL freight shipments. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST ship the next business day; orders placed after that cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the following business day. Handling time is 1–2 business days, with a transit time of 3–5 days, for a total estimated delivery of 4–7 business days. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no hidden fees. 6. Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days from receipt to request a return. Non-defective items must be new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags; defective or damaged items are accepted regardless of condition with photo/video proof. A 25% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns; there is no restocking fee for defective or damaged items, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. 7. Risk of Loss
Purchases are made under a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title transfer to you once the item is delivered to the carrier.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Wildhaven Curator or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of our Services without our written permission, or use our name or trademarks in hidden text or metadata without consent.
9. User Content
If you submit content to our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes on another party's rights.

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers, or to attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to our Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wildhaven Curator and its affiliates from any claims or losses arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, without notice, including for a breach of these Terms.

17. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Wildhaven Curator regarding our Services. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right.
